Feedback Forms

   Feedback or response forms are very important to any web site.  This is your main connection to a world of visitors on your site.  By collecting data and customer requests, you can keep abreast of what visitors are looking for when they visit your site. (NOTE: Shopping Carts do not necessarily need feedback forms as the cart itself has this data integrated within the site.)

Installation of Web Pages

    After you have reviewed the final layout and design of your web pages, we will install them on our host server.  Our service includes advertising the URL address of your web site to over 25 of the major web search engines and directories.  Z-WEB publishes only to companies offering FREE services.  Only upon authorization of the client will we publish to companies that charge fees.

Maintenance

    For a period of 30 days after your site is uploaded and on-line, Z-WEB shall make any minor changes to any text, navigation links, or images to get your site looking it's best.  It does not include removing nearly all the text from a page and replacing it with next text, or adding completely new pages and images.

     Time required to make substantive changes after the pages have been constructed, or requests by the client beyond the 30-day limit shall be billed at our hourly design rate. The hosting period commences upon the date the client signs our contract and the initial payment is received.
