Non-Managed Plans
Hosting Plans "N" is a plan you manage and control based upon the features available with your purchased plan. You will have control and responsibility for setting up your web site and managing all accounts, to include User names and Passwords.  Z-WEB does not keep any record of such information. These plans DO NOT include any updates or design work for your web site, though our services are available for an additional cost. If you would like Z-WEB to conduct the initial design of your site, please fill out our proposal form and you will be contacted by a sales representative.

Managed Plan
Hosting Plan "Z" is for those businesses who do not have the time or expertise to manage a web site. Z-WEB will manage your site and set-up all E-mail accounts, passwords, web files, etc.

Plan "Z" includes: Web site development - Set-up of Email accounts - Indexing of your URL to over 25 major search engines - Monthly verification to ensure your site is performing correctly. Plan "Z" doesn't include: Updating or making changes to your web site.

General Notes:

1. SET-UP FEES AND ANY DOMAIN TRANSFER OR REGISTRATION FEES (as applicable) ARE ALL NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. All Shopping Cart web sites require either Plan "Z".  They may also require a dedicated digital certificate instead of our shared certificate and may require special handling through Processing Companies to process on-line credit card orders.  You MUST also setup a Internet MOTO merchant account with a banking institution to utilize real-time credit card services.  Applicable banking fees are not part of any Hosting Plan fees.

* Special Note:  All fees for Plan "Z" will be outlined in the web site proposal if you choose to have Z-WEB Enterprises design, develop and maintain your site.
